Welcome to our luxurious tiny house located in the heart of Wanaka. This stunningly designed house features high-end finishes and amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Featuring all day sun on the large deck, two queen loft bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and lounge. A highlight is the full tiled shower and bathroom with under tile heating. The Chalet is a fantastic space, featuring a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, laundry, two loft queen bedrooms and living area all cleverly arranged to fit, the chalet is cosy and not large but feels quite spacious inside. You enter via a garden featuring landscaping, night lighting, outdoor fire-pit and lounging chairs. From the garden you step up onto the sunny deck area, purpose built with relaxing in mind with its dining area and covered lounging area, meaning you can enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather. The deck and chalet have stunning alpine views of the Southern Alps, the breath taking mountain range that attracts locals and international travellers to Wanaka year round. From the deck you step inside the living area which has a comfortable couch, Smart TV with Netflix and a dining table for four. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as domestic oven and four hob stove. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper. The living area has an air conditioning unit that cools in summer and heats in winter ensuring the chalet is always at your perfect temperature. Leading on from the living area is the bathroom with generously sized tiled shower, under tile heating provides a touch of luxury, especially in the winter months, the bathroom also has a heated towel rail to keep your towels warm and ready. In the bathroom is also a basin and toilet, soft fluffy towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom also has a laundry area with washer/dryer should you need to do laundry during your stay. Leading up from the living areas are two loft bedrooms both with queen size beds, quality cotton linen sheets, 4 pillows plus 2 euro size, and extra blankets for cozy winter nights. This is not your average tiny house, quality features and luxurious touches throughout matched with beautiful views, landscaping and multiple outdoor lounging areas mean this will be a holiday you will want to return to again and again.
You will have full and exclusive use of the chalet, deck and garden area.

Featuring a full kitchen, bathroom, dining and living with two queen bedrooms with Netflix Tvs in each plus your own private outdoor courtyard with fireplace. As well you have access to the large heated pool, spa & BBQ area shared with 2 other units only.
The Tokyo Pop apartment is a fantastic space, featuring a full kitchen, designer bathroom, two bedrooms and living area all created with both fun and luxury accommodation in mind. You enter via a garden courtyard (featuring outdoor fire, and lounging chairs), once on the patio (with fabulous mountain views) you step inside the living/kitchen/dining area. Custom built couch with extra soft cushions and designer fabric on mid century chairs are perfect for conversation with friends or relaxing with a good book. This space leads to the playful dining area and full kitchen equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer combo. We also provide all the cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar etc. Leading on from the living is the bedroom & bathroom area, the bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, walk in shower, toilet and basin all completed recently with mains pressure hot water and plenty of towels provided for both pool and bathroom areas. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen size beds with quality cotton linen sheets, 4 pillows plus 2 euro size, shelving for storage and hanging for clothes and a TV with Netflix preloaded for your viewing pleasure. There are plenty of quirky artworks and lighting features that our designers have cleverly incorporated into this apartment for your enjoyment, combine this with the great location, spa & pool areas and you can't pick a better place to stay for your next Wanaka holiday.
You have the apartment and courtyard garden all to yourselves with their own private entrance. The apartment is on the lower level with another apartment in the same building on the upper level, only one door is adjoining and this is locked at all times and keys kept with management. One parking space opposite the courtyard entrance is allocated for Tokyo Pop apartment (if bringing more than one car the second car will need to be parked on the street, no charge for street parking here). You also have access to the shared pool and spa area which has lots of lounging and dining furniture for lazing or eating by the pool. Spa and pool are both heated and professionally maintained. Pool towels are provided as well as bath towels and linens in the apartment. Pool and spa are shared with two other units, only 3 units total so you may or may not see other guests in this area.

Gorgeous tiny home nestled at the base of iconic Mt Iron, featuring its own private garden, stunning mountain views, full kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining and mezzanine bedroom, outdoor and indoor fireplaces as well as access to the pool and spa BBQ area (shared with just two other units in this mini resort setting). The tiny house is just minutes from the heart of Wanaka town, lake and shops. So much more than just accommodation staying in the tiny house is a travel experience not to be missed!
The tiny house is a fantastic space, a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area all cleverly arranged to fit, it may be tiny but it actually feels quite spacious inside. You enter via a garden courtyard (featuring outdoor fire, lounging chairs and two person dining set), once on the small deck (with fabulous mountain views) you step inside the kitchen/dining area. A full table with picture window is here plus our gorgeous tiny Roaring Meg fire (fantastic on cold winter nights). The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as domestic oven and two hob gas burner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper. Leading on from the kitchen is the laundry with full size washer/dryer, large storage cupboard and full size shower, toilet and basin (its amazing what fits in a tiny house)! Upstairs there is a queen size bed mattress with quality cotton linen sheets, 4 pillows plus 2 euro size, shelving and a TV with Netflix preloaded for your viewing pleasure.
